To ensure the health and safety of all our staff and all other people attending Mincoffs Solicitors’ offices at 5 Osborne Terrance and 9 Portland Terrace, we ask all visitors to complete this questionnaire prior to attending either location.
If, for any reason, you prefer not to complete this questionnaire, please ask us for a video or a telephone appointment instead of attending our office. You do not need to give us your reasons for your decision and it will not impact on the level or quality of service that you can except to receive from us. The decision to complete this questionnaire and provide us with your consent to use this information for the purposes set out here is entirely a matter for you. Please complete the questionnaire below. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, we respectfully request you reschedule your visit or seek a virtual consultation by phone or video. If you answer “No” to all questions and plan to proceed with your visit, please ensure you reschedule your appointment or ask for a telephone or video meeting if between the date of completing this questionnaire and the time of your visit you start experiencing COVID-19 symptoms).
One of the questions asks if you have travelled abroad within 14 days of your proposed visit to any country other than those currently exempt from the quarantine requirements. Health and safety procedures when visiting our offices
When on site, please adhere to our on-site standard procedures regarding infection control, i.e. hand sanitising, social distancing, and general coughing/sneezing etiquette as recommended by the NHS.
The Government announced new guidance on face covering – from the 8th August the places where you will have to wear a face covering includes legal services. Please bring your face covering with you, wear it before entering the premises, and do not remove it until you have left the premises.
