The cross-border acquisition of Cooper & Turner by the Watermill Group has been awarded the ‘Industrials Deal of the Year’. award in the 10th International M&A Advisor Awards.

Watermill will be presented the award alongside other honorees at a Black Tie Gala on Monday, June 18 at the Princeton Club of New York.
